Ask your questions

If you would like to work with me, please fill out the quote request form or send an email to info@naste.co, together with the document to be translated. Any information you are able to provide me with will assist my understanding of your objectives and thus I can adapt my translation accordingly: the nature of your business, your target audience, distribution methods for the requested text, etc.

I will provide you with a firm quote within 24 hours, with details of the service requested and the estimated delivery date.

Once you have accepted the quote, I will translate your document and contact the designated person if I need any clarifications.

I will send you my final translation at the agreed time, along with my invoice for services. The invoice is exempt of VAT in compliance with art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

The time depends on the complexity of the text and its format. I usually translate 300 words per hour, but a translation can take significantly longer if extensive terminology research is required or if I have to reformat the document before translating it.

Translation quotes are based on the number of words contained in the source document, as counted automatically by the software I use. The rate varies depending on the level of complexity of the document, its format and the required timeline. The quote always takes into account my time for a thorough proofreading. If you wish, for an additional fee, I can arrange for a fellow translator to also proofread my work.

Proofreading, editing and copywriting quotes are based on an hourly rate.

If you wish to receive a free quote, please fill out the quote request form or send an email to info@naste.co, with your document.

Unless otherwise stated, payments must be made within 30 days from the invoice date, ideally by bank transfer. However, I will also accept a cheque (drawn on a French account) or payment via Paypal. Any possible additional fees associated with the chosen payment method are payable by the client.
